PCP Training for Public Buyers and End-Users and the project meeting

The PREVENT PCP Consortium is organizing the PCP Training for Public Buyers and End-Users that will take place on 16^th and 17^th June 2022 in Brussels.

It aims to provide information on innovative security solutions for the public transport, based on the European Assistance for Innovation Procurement (EAFIP) methodology.

The main modules will cover:

• Understanding the PCP approach;
• Clarifying the key steps to translate the results of the preparatory phase in the design of an innovation procurement process; and
• Conducting the procurement procedure for the PCP (i.e. contract implementation).

The main target are Public Buyers from the project’s consortium and the User Observatory Group members representing procurement departments directly involved in the tender management process.

In addition, on the 15^th June the PREVENT PCP project meeting will be held in order to discuss current issues related to both past and planned activities.
